Job Purpose
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving Rihal’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base across key sectors. The role focuses on promoting Rihal’s digital transformation, technology consulting, and innovative solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs and market trends.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in government, enterprise, and private sectors.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
- Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, RFP responses, and presentations to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service quality.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Conduct research to identify emerging trends, technologies, and competitive landscape.
- Provide actionable insights to support business strategy and new solution development.
- Explore strategic partnerships to enhance Rihal’s solution portfolio.
- Work closely with delivery, technology, and marketing teams to ensure successful execution of projects.
- Collaborate on branding, marketing campaigns, and business events to increase market presence.
- Maintain accurate records of opportunities and activities in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular reports on pipeline status, revenue forecasts, and market feedback.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 4–6 years of experience in business development or sales within the technology or consulting industry.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Understanding of the Omani and GCC market is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
