Marketing Specialist

Job Overview:  

As a Marketing Specialist, you will support the marketing team through market research, event management, and external coordination. Your role combines analytical research with hands-on execution managing events, coordinating with vendors and partners, and contributing to content development when needed. 

 

Key Responsibilities:  

Research & Analysis: 

  • Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and target audiences 
  • Gather and analyze data to support campaign planning 
  • Prepare research reports and insights for the team 

Events & Activations 

  • Plan, organize, and execute corporate events, exhibitions, and sponsorships 
  • Manage event logistics from planning to on-site coordination 
  • Prepare post-event reports and evaluate outcomes 

 External Coordination & Vendor Management 

  • Coordinate with exhibition organizers and venue management 
  • Manage relationships with event service providers (booth designers, setup crews, etc.) 
  • Liaise with media outlets and press contacts 
  • Support coordination with marketing agencies 
  • Follow up on timelines and ensure quality deliverables 

  Content Support 

  • Contribute to content creation and copywriting as needed 
  • Support the team in developing marketing materials 


Qualifications & Experience:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in marketing or a similar role. 
  • Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to translate data into strategy. 
  • Creative thinking with a strong eye for branding and campaign development. 
  • Solid understanding of marketing channels (digital, social, offline, etc.). 
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
  • High attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and proactive mindset.
