Associate Machine Learning Engineer

Job Purpose

The Associate Machine Learning Engineer will focus on developing and optimizing machine learning models and deploying them in production environments. This role requires intermediate technical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team to deliver impactful AI-driven solutions.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and optimize machine learning models for predictive and classification tasks.
• Preprocess large datasets to ensure data quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with data scientists and business stakeholders to define project goals and metrics.
• Deploy machine learning models in cloud or on-premises environments.
• Monitor and maintain the performance of deployed models, making updates as necessary.
• Document all stages of the development process for knowledge sharing and reproducibility.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields.
• +3 years of experience in machine learning or data science projects.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages.
• Familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases for handling large datasets.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Effective communication skills to convey technical insights.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
